Cut API response times on client Rails products by fixing N+1 queries and adding missing DB indexes, and migrated legacy jQuery dashboards to React so the product could keep evolving.

Made the organization's dashboard faster through query optimization and page caching, and mentored junior devs on Rails and React, raising the bar of the code the team shipped.

Rebuilt a legacy jQuery portal in React for thousands of active users, sped up data-heavy charts with React Query caching and prefetching, and introduced TypeScript on critical APIs to catch bugs before production.
