About

I'm Harlley Bastos, a senior full stack engineer from Brazil. For 7+ years I've been building and scaling web applications for companies in the US and Brazil (Ruby on Rails, Node.js, React, AWS), working remotely.

The work I care about is the kind that runs a business: e-commerce taking orders, platforms generating leads, production systems that stay up. Today I'm at LakeFusion, building LakeGraph, a Databricks-native graph analytics platform.

Outside work, I build games in C++ with OpenGL and Vulkan. I keep Fazenda dos Sonhos live (8,500+ signups) and teach game engineering in the Forge.

Working with: Ruby on Rails, Node.js, React, Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker.
